Theoretical and Legal Interpretation of Jurisdiction in Cyberspace in Foreign Studies

One of the debatable topics in the theory of state and law is the territorial jurisdiction of the state in cyberspace, which gives rise to disputes among theorists and practitioners. In their opinions, foreign authors put forward opposite, sometimes mutually exclusive points of view, which indicate the multifaceted nature of the problem. In this regard, it became expedient to analyze the publications prepared on this topic and to identify the common and special in scientific views on determining the boundaries of jurisdiction in cyberspace.
