Special Aspects of the Structural Content and Functioning of the Administrative Law Mechanism of Ensuring Legality in the Environmental Sphere

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essential content and structural features of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring legality in relation to the field of environmental protection. It is proved that the effectiveness of the functioning of this mechanism is ensured by the stable interaction of its legal and law enforcement components, supplemented by the implementation of the supervisory function. The specifics of the object and subjects of administrative offenses in the area under consideration, as well as responsibility for their commission, are considered. Problematic points are noted that reduce the effectiveness of the functioning of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring legality in the environmental sphere.
