Anti-Russian Sanctions and the Legal Basis for Special Economic Measures

This article raises the question of the legality of using the concept of "sanctions" as unilateral restrictive measures, analyzes the legal basis of special economic measures, as well as measures of influence (counteraction) aimed at protecting the financial sovereignty of the Russian Federation.
