Early childhood is a very important stage for children. Therefore, the development of fine motor skills in early childhood is very important. Children's fine motor skills are the development of movements that involve fine muscles with the coordination of certain parts, especially the hands and eyes. What children will need to carry out daily activities. This research aims to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 3-4 years in KB Al-Quds using busy book media. This research used 5 predetermined indicators, and of the 10 children only 4 children completed their fine motor skills according to the indicators. This research uses Classroom Action research. The research started pre-cycle with a percentage score of 34%, cycle I was 49%, cycle II was 78%. Based on the average percentage scores achieved, it can be concluded that children's fine motor skills can be improved by using busy book media.
