Experience of the USA in the creation and development of Cyber Command: lessons for Ukraine

The article examines the experience of the United States, as a country with the most powerful cyber capabilities in the world, in creating, ensuring the operation and development of the Cyber Сommand, in the context of possibility of using this experience by Ukraine during the development of its own Cyber Forces.
