In contrast to conventional static wastewater treatment methods, dynamic water flow plasma treatment is investigated as a potential remedy for industrial wastewater. The study finds the ideal circumstances for effective wastewater treatment by examining the interaction between water kinetics and radicals produced by plasma. In our prototype, the discharge characteristics and plasma treatment effectiveness of tungsten electrodes in a dynamic water prototype are investigated in two stages of research. The ideal current, as indicated by the results, is between 350 and 400 A, indicating efficient sediment formation. Water treatment at flow rates of 2–4 mL/s appears promising, as total dissolved solids, chemical oxygen demand, and biochemical oxygen demand are all significantly reduced. Beyond the confines of academia, this research offers pathway to more effective wastewater treatment solutions for businesses that handle organic pollutants in dynamic water environments.
