Genesis of the constitutional and legal formalization of the institute of judicial control

The article presents the results of the author's analysis of the constitutional and legal formalization of the institution of judicial control in the Russian state. The relevance of addressing this topic is justified by the variety of legislative provisions, as well as the results of scientific research, which are rather fragmented than an orderly system. Within the framework of the institutionalization of judicial control being developed, this issue has important scientific and practical significance.
