Freight transportation efficiency and safety are of the utmost importance in today's age of globalization and the ever-increasing mobility of products. This study investigates new ways to use Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve the tracking and management of shipping containers. Freight containers equipped with Internet of Things sensors may report on their position, temperature, security, and cargo integrity in real-time. This priceless data allows for preventative action to be taken against theft, unlawful entry, cargo damage, and the maintenance of optimum environmental conditions. In addition, the system's data analytics features provide logistics experts with the information they need to simplify processes, optimize route planning, and boost productivity. This study improves the safety and efficiency of international commerce, decreases losses, raises customer happiness, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by tackling key difficulties in contemporary logistics. The results will have far-reaching advantages for all sectors that rely on the shipping of products.
