The Moon exosphere, characterized by its extreme thinness, and its significant lower gravity compared to Earth marks a distinct advantage in terms of cost savings and energy efficiency for launching spacecraft from lunar surfaces to other celestial destinations. This study endeavors to explore and evaluate the essential aspects of Reliability, Maintainability, and Supportability (RM reliability and risk priority measure were evaluated. The main focus is on food, water, and oxygen supply for astronauts on the Moon. The possible complex systems were drawn to draw reliability structure and tabulated relative risk analysis for food/water/oxygen. The maintenance concept with LORA evaluation were evaluated for lunar nuclear plant and solar power station. The supportability measure is to evaluate probability of success that based on the author's thoughts: one spare per system may not be enough to have a successful mission and therefore, there shall be at least two redundancies per system per operation for the least success rate of 92%. At the end, the minimum cost for a company on Earth was evaluated to prepare food/oxygen/water for astronauts on the Moon's lunar station.(Note: All figures, images, tables, and intellectual contributions in this project are the original work of the author.) 1
