A theory of stamping is developed taking into account the anisotropy and hardening of the workpiece. The parameters of the strain-stress state of the workpiece are calculated using the example of bending a conical tube on a rolling machine or in a die. CAD/CAE modeling is used to study deformations, stresses and forces acting on the workpiece from rolls or die tools. The criteria for the formation of cracks, low accuracy and excessive springback of the part after processing are determined, and recommendations for their elimination are given.
