Special Aspects of the Application of Pre-Trial Restrictions in Cases on Administrative Offenses in Respect of Minors

This article discusses the issues of applying measures to juvenile offenders to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, such as delivery, administrative detention, examination for alcohol intoxication. The categories of persons under the age of eighteen and in need of individual preventive measures are highlighted. The author, in order to reduce the level of administrative offenses committed by adolescents, has proposed a number of preventive measures.
