In the article the author focuses on the conditions of the educational process during a full-scale war. The scientific sources of scientists who devoted their research to the problems of organizing the educational process under the conditions of force majeure were analysed. A list of regulations and other legislative documents is provided, in accordance with which the training should be conducted in the circumstances of hostilities and martial law. The article raises the question of the influence of military actions on the educational process and their possible consequences, as well as the need to arrange reliable shelters in educational institutions to ensure the reliability and safety of all participants of the educational process. The author provides statistical data on the results of the national multi-subject test in 2023 of the entrants from the border regions of Ukraine. Technologies are singled out, which allow recipients of educational services to receive quality education even in the conditions of military challenges. The author characterized the recommendations aimed at ensuring high-quality and safe education in the conditions of war with the participation of the authorities and civil society.
