Abstract This study presents the development of optimal nanostructures on surfaces post-laser ablation processinga software solution aimed at enhancing the efficiency of this process. Leveraging image processing techniques, particularly images from Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), the software optimizes laser system parameters to achieve desired nanostructure morphology. By integrating image analysis with laser system optimization, this approach offers a solution for improving the precision and efficacy of nanostructure fabrication. The proposed methodology holds significant promise for advancing laser ablation processes in material engineering and nanophotonics.
