The advent of e-commerce has greatly facilitated the growth of the sector through streamlined purchasing and selling procedures, effortless product advertising, and so on. However, it is important to acknowledge that logistics plays a crucial role in e-commerce by facilitating the delivery of items from online retailers to the customers' homes. This article aims to analyze the disparities in e-commerce logistics among three nations, namely Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, in order to assess the variations in their logistics infrastructure. According to the global logistic performance index of 2023, Singapore is ranked number 1 among 141 nations, while Malaysia is ranked 26 and Indonesia is ranked 61. Based on the data by using comparison study, it is evident that Indonesia lags far behind in terms of logistical infrastructure and this research supports the claim where Indonesia logistic infrastructure needs to adopt the numerous features to enhance their customer service quality
