Authentication is very important for information security. The importance increases when it comes to financial transactions. In banking scenarios, the signatures on cheques and other instruments, are verified by banking officials manually for user authentication. It leads to a high error probability. There should be a method that can verify signatures with high efficiency but at the same time, the method must be easy to implement and have enough feasibility. Keeping this in mind, in this paper, a simple and efficient signature verification method is presented. The method can compare between two input signatures and produce the output. The output is based on the threshold value and the output can be positive (both signatures are matched) or negative (both signatures do not match).
