Component Traceability, Drive Control of different machines in cylinder block line

This project presents an extensive industrial automation system focusing on Scanning, Data Acquisition, and Data Visualization. It integrates Cognex DPM scanners across production lines, transitioning from wired to wireless connectivity. VB.NET applications facilitate data acquisition, linking scanners to a central database. It also involves retrieving information from PLC S7-300 devices and Ignition SCADA that comes from IO-Link sensors via TCP/IP or MQTT protocols. A key aspect of the project is the design and implementation of a comprehensive solution for the Drive control system, covering both Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Servo drives. This involves creating a MATLAB simulation model for dynamic analysis and developing corresponding Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) ladder logic for real-time control in industrial applications.
