Simulation-Based Training in Obstetric Anesthesia: An Update

Simulation training is a tool that has been integrated into anesthesiology training to teach hands-on skills and teamwork to both incoming and experienced clinicians. The criteria for properly equipped simulations include clearly stated procedures and expectations, a curriculum whose goal is to meet said expectations, clearly stated simulation modalities, proper instructors, and proper feedback protocols. This study aimed to analyze the use of simulations for obstetric anesthesia.
