Quantum information system has a potential to revolutionize the way we think of computing and communication. Quantum Teleportation has emerged as a promising technique for transmitting quantum information securely over long distances between quantum computers. However, it is unclear how well this performs in a real world. This paper attempts to evaluate the performance of Quantum Teleportation on actual quantum computers. The impact of environmental factors such as number of qubits, number of gates and hardware configuration on the Quantum Teleportation is measured over IBM Superconducting Quantum Computers. The paper aims to illuminate the current state of Quantum Teleportation and the associated challenges in measuring its performance, particularly in the context of security within quantum communication.
