Correlation Between Framework and Civil Procedural Legal Regulation

The study is aimed at studying the relationship between civil procedural and framework legal regulation based on an analysis of legal doctrine and current legislation. The dynamics of legal regulation are based on the modernization of methods and legal means in order to find an effective formula for legal regulation in information society. It has been determined that the main form of correlation between civil procedural and framework legal regulation is relatively specific legal norms.
