This paper examines the impact of the human factor on the development and importance of aviation communication in maintaining flight safety. Through a theoretical framework and analysis of data from three leading airlines (Lufthansa, Emirates, and Ryanair), it is emphasized that investments in human resources, training, and safety programs directly contribute to reducing incidents caused by communication errors. Special attention is given to the role of organizational climate, employee motivation, and continuous knowledge development in strengthening the capacity for safe communication in air transport. The results indicate that airlines that strategically invest in the human factor achieve more stable safety performance, while projections of investments through 2030 confirm the growing role of systemic and integrated training. The paper concludes that the human factor-through knowledge, communication, and flexibility-is essential in preventing accidents and building a safe sky for the future.
