This study proposes a new theoretical framework for understanding the universe based on the Primary Interaction, which redefines all physical phenomena as transformations of mass between positive and negative states. According to this law, nothing in the universe disappears; everything is continuously reshaped, and all visual appearances or disappearances are explained by the dominance of the visual presence of positive mass versus the invisibility of negative mass. This perspective interprets light, heat, dark matter, darkness, and spacetime curvature as different manifestations of the same fundamental interaction, offering new avenues for explaining the dynamics of matter and energy in a unified framework
