The tourism industry has rapidly evolved, with smart tourism and inclusive tourism playing increasingly significant roles in creating diverse and inclusive experiences. This study explores the synergy between smart and inclusive tourism in enhancing the appeal of Muslim-friendly tourism destinations in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, a survey of 200 Muslim tourists visiting the destinations was conducted. The survey used a structured questionnaire covering aspects of technology adoption, accessibility, and satisfaction. Statistical analysis, including regression and descriptive statistics, revealed that the implementation of smart and inclusive tourism had a significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction and destination attractiveness. Specifically, mobile applications, interactive maps, and disability-friendly services were associated with higher satisfaction levels. This study recommends increasing the integration of digital technologies and inclusive services to further improve Muslim-friendly tourism experiences. These findings provide valuable insights for destination managers seeking to enhance the appeal and accessibility of Muslim-friendly destinations.
