This paper presents a predictive resonance model that converts harmonic planetary physics into a practical forecasting framework. By integrating resonance windows, orbital geometry, atmospheric oscillations, and solar-wind forcing, it establishes a unified method for predicting large-scale planetary patterns and weather behavior on Earth and other planets. The model extends the ICQER and Qindra Core frameworks by providing a physically grounded, multi-domain forecasting method derived from resonance mechanics.
