This preprint defines Money-Logic Structural Compliance (MLSC): an institutional condition inwhich auditability and revenue-preservation constraints dominate educational design, shiftingvalue from outcome-based learning to time-based participation. We introduce a compact variableset that links institutional incentives (audit-first structures) with individual decision dynamics underconstraint. Core constructs include Marginal Navigational Yield (MNY), Sunk Identity Lock (SIL),Identity-Complete Closure (ICC), Temporal Irrelevance with Preserved Flow (TIF), SomaticNeutral Recall (SNR), Observer-Invariant Behavior (OIB), and Internal Coherence Stability (ICS).The model yields a minimal decision procedure for continuation vs. exit that is independent ofexternal validation and robust to stagnating external returns (EYD = 0). The framework is intendedas a DOI-ready conceptual scaffold: short, composable, and testable via behavioral invarianceand somatic neutrality rather than surveillance-style compliance metrics.
