Deliverable D8.1 of the DISCOVER project (HORIZON-CL4-2023-TWIN-TRANSITION 01-11-101129909) presents a comprehensive document detailing the tools, channels and activities that will be utilized throughout the project to ensure effective and consistent representation of the DISCOVER Project, as well as its activities and outcomes, for successful dissemination of results. This DC Plan aims to lay out the strategy to be followed by project partners to communicate the project’s results to the audience, which includes key stakeholders (end-users, construction and deconstruction companies, the scientific community, industry stakeholders), the media, and the general public. This report summarizes the strategy of the consortium to (1) raise awareness of the project and its achievements, (2) maximize the impact of the project and effectively engage with a diverse range of target groups, and (3) ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the project impact. The document details the communication and dissemination channels that the project will employ, as well as specific tools and activities such as visual identity, communication materials, scientific publications, participation in events and other actions. Moreover, a basic toolbox of templates for the DISCOVER consortium partners has been provided.
