Resumen

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is widely recognized as a strategic discipline, yet in many organizations it fails to create sustained impact due to poor adoption and over-dependence on static documentation. This preprint introduces “EA Cockpit”, a TOGAF-aligned and data-driven approach to operationalize Enterprise Architecture by connecting Strategy → Capabilities → Processes → Applications → Data → KPIs through a traceability model. EA Cockpit transforms EA artifacts from documents into governance assets that actively support decision making, investment prioritization, solution assurance, compliance alignment, and measurable value realization. This work builds on concepts introduced in the author’s earlier Zenodo preprint on integrated Strategy–Operations–IT alignment (Zenodo, 2026).
