This work develops the COS–QF model, a quantized spacetime framework based on discrete filament networks. Quantized metric structures are interpreted as filament graphs, leading to locally quantized geometric operators. The study introduces length and angle operators, local topological invariants, and noncommuting interference operators, analyzed algebraically, spectrally, and physically. The COS–QF framework thus provides a foundational description of the quantized metric structure of spacetime, with implications for cosmology, gravitational waves, and neutrino physics.
