Abstract Allergic rhinitis (AR) is an immunoglobulin E (IgE)-mediated global health concern affecting 10 to 40% of the population, with significant psychological and cognitive implications. This case series aimed to evaluate the usefulness of individualized homeopathic treatment (IHT) for AR. This case series included 15 consecutive patients with AR, diagnosed as per the Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma guidelines, at homeopathy outpatient department. IHT was selected based on comprehensive symptom and constitutional evaluation, guided by materia medica and, where necessary, repertorization software. Outcomes were assessed using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS), Mini-Rhino-Conjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (MRQLQ), and Outcome in Relation to Impact on Daily Life (ORIDL) scores at baseline and 4-, 8-, and 12-week follow-ups. The mean age of the participants was 27.4 ± 13.5 years, with 73.3% being male. The mean duration of AR symptoms was 4.08 ± 4.03 years. Initial symptom scores significantly improved by the final visit: VAS decreased from 7.73 ± 1.62 to 0.26 ± 0.45, TNSS from 10.46 ± 2.16 to 0.46 ± 0.64, and MRQLQ from 3.39 ± 1.17 to 0.06 ± 0.09 (p < 0.001). ORIDL scores also indicated a favorable outcome (3.86 ± 0.35, p < 0.001). The most frequently prescribed remedies were Natrum muriaticum (40%), Nux vomica (20%), Calcarea carbonica (13.3%), and Pothos (13.3%). No adverse events were reported. IHT significantly improved symptoms and quality of life in AR patients, suggesting its potential as an alternative therapy. Further randomized controlled trials are needed to validate these findings.
