ABSTRACT Pathogenic Escherichia coli and Salmonella threaten poultry production and human health through zoonotic transmission. Whole-genome sequencing of multidrug-resistant isolates from Bangladeshi poultry provides critical insights into antimicrobial resistance and population structure, supporting integrated One Health approaches to combat antimicrobial resistance.
