ABSTRACT Nasolabial cysts are rare, benign, non‐odontogenic lesions of the facial soft tissue. They typically occur in middle‐aged women and present as painless swellings in the nasolabial fold. MRI, CT imaging, and histopathology are essential for confirming diagnosis and assessing extent. Complete surgical excision offers a definitive cure with minimal recurrence.
