This phenomenological case study documents 12 years of precognitive experiences and a self-generated "Seven Descenders" mythological system associated with the pseudonym "Ghost Shadow" (2005–2017). It is based on timestamped digital records (QQ Space, 2008–2015) and handwritten diaries (2005–2007), with 116 evidentiary files for independent verification. The study verifies high-accuracy precognitive cases, analyzes the semiotic structure of the myth system, and explores the trainability of paranormal phenomena and associated personal costs.
