The study examined the Effect of Resilient Skills Management on Organizational Growth in Southeast Nigeria. The specific objectives are to examine the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational growth and evaluate the effect of stress management on organizational growth in Southeast Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. A structured questionnaire designed with a five-point Likert scale was used to collect data for the study. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) through SmartPLS. The result revealed that Emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on organizational growth with a PV of (0.001<0.05). Stress management has a significant positive effect on organizational growth with a PV of (0.001<0.05) in Southeast Nigeria. The study concluded that Resilience Skills Management has a significant positive effect on Organizational Growth in Southeast Nigeria. The study recommended, among others, that organizations should develop and integrate training modules focused on emotional intelligence (EI). These programs should include workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions that help employees identify and manage their emotions, as well as understand the emotions of others.
