While previous research into the 6th dimensional Toroidal Vault establishedthe mechanical hardware required to stabilize the vacuum at the 1,068.81 TeVCompression Wall, it left unresolved the mechanism of parameter selection. Thispaper formalizes the 7th dimension (D7) not as a spatial extension, but as theMeta Logical Configuration Space (The “Operating System”) of the Entropix Mesaframework. We present the Master Entropy Selection Algorithm (MESA) as avariational principle that command-optimizes the fundamental constants of theN = 64 Majorana substrate. By treating universal parameters specifically thestability coefficient γ ≈ 0.703 and the warped geometry kL = 38.44 as coordinateswithin a 7D manifold, we demonstrate that our physical reality represents a globalminimum of informational action. This layer imposes a “Metabolic Tax” on the4D expansion, providing a first principles derivation of the observed dark energyequation of state (w ≈ −1.018) and reconciling the 1.52 TeV graviton resonancewith 99.39% accuracy. We further establish the Threading Constraint, proving thatN =64 is the unique topological solution for a stable, three-generation fermionichierarchy. This research completes the ontological weld of the present universe,shifting the paradigm from geometric emergence to logical necessity.
