We propose a constrained dynamical systems framework for structured long-term goal convergence under internal drift, adversarial pressures, and supportive external inputs. Modeling progress as the evolution of a state vector subject to corrective effort, destabilizing perturbations, and viability constraints, we derive sufficient conditions for exponential convergence to a desired objective state. The framework formalizes the balance between disciplined effort, external adversity, and positive support, showing that convergence requires corrective strength to dominate destabilizing forces within sustainable boundaries. This model provides a stability-based lens for structured personal, organizational, and institutional development under real-world uncertainty.
