Search-based digital markets allocate attention: consumers search, platforms rank, and firms compete for visibility. AI-enabled delegation technologies make another architecture feasible: consumers can state objectives and constraints, delegate choice to an intermediary, and induce firms to compete by submitting offers tailored to that intent. This paper develops a mechanism-design framework for delegated offer markets with explicit intent representation, offer solicitation, delegated execution, and ex post verification with reputation updates.
