This work develops a field-mechanical interpretation of redshift and the cosmic microwave background radiation within the framework of the Universal Quantum Foam Hypothesis (UQSH). Redshift is not interpreted as a metric expansion of space, but rather as a continuous reorganization of the field structure in a stationary medium. Spectral structures are preserved across scale shifts, and the cosmic microwave background radiation is understood as a scale-relative passage of widely reorganized field excitations. It is not understood as a remnant of an initial singularity. This approach is discussed as an ontological alternative to the ΛCDM model.
