Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL), a rare and aggressive extranodal B-cell lymphoma, is characterised by the proliferation of malignant lymphoid cells within intravascular spaces, with a predilection for smaller vessels. This preferential intravascular growth allows widespread dissemination to involve almost any organ system, contributing to a diverse clinical picture. 1 Unlike most lymphomas, IVLBCL typically lacks nodal involvement or discrete masses, and patients frequently present with stage IV disease. 1
