ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder (PCSM‐TCLPD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder that is occasionally diagnosed in children and adolescents. We present a case of PCSM‐TCLPD in an 11‐year‐old female with biologic‐naïve Crohn's disease well‐controlled on vedolizumab, which was initiated 12 months prior to lesion appearance. We propose that vedolizumab may have played a role in the development of PCSM‐TCLPD.
