Methodological Evaluation of Community Health Centre Systems in Nigeria Through Multilevel Regression Analysis for Clinical Outcomes,

Community health centres in Nigeria have been established to improve access to healthcare services for underserved populations. However, there is a need to evaluate their effectiveness over time. A longitudinal study design was employed with data collected from to . Multilevel regression models were used to analyse patient-level and centre-level variables affecting clinical outcomes, accounting for clustering effects within health centres. A multilevel model found that adherence to treatment protocols (mean proportion = 85%) significantly improved patients' recovery rates compared to baseline levels (p < 0.05). The study highlights the importance of standardised care and patient engagement in achieving positive clinical outcomes. Healthcare providers should reinforce adherence to treatment protocols, particularly among vulnerable populations served by community health centres.
