The educational system in Kenya's secondary schools is a critical component of its socio-economic development. However, there remains a need for methodological evaluation to ensure that these systems are effective and equitable. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The data were analysed using multivariate regression models to assess clinical outcomes. The analysis revealed significant improvements in student health metrics over two years (p < 0. 05), with a 15% increase in vaccination coverage among secondary school students compared to baseline. This study provides robust evidence for the positive impact of randomized interventions on clinical outcomes in Kenyan secondary schools, contributing to the development of more effective educational policies. Based on these findings, it is recommended that further research be conducted to replicate and validate these results across different regions and school types.
