We present DIMT-C v1.2, a strengthened conceptual formulation of the DissipativeInformational Medium Theory as a pre-geometric, statistical framework for black holeevaporation. The theory is formulated without assuming spacetime geometry or quantum fields at the microscopic level. Black hole thermodynamics, Page-curve unitarity, greybody factors, and a non-singular final evaporation burst arise from informationalselection dynamics. Spacetime geometry and island constructions are shown to emergeonly after coarse-graining stable informational correlations. This version resolves remaining dimensional subtleties, refines the Page-curve dynamics, strengthens spacetimeemergence arguments, and expands the theoretical context.
