Adolescent sexual health issues are prevalent in Malawi, necessitating comprehensive education programmes to improve knowledge and behaviors. A mixed-methods approach including pre- and post-intervention surveys, focus group discussions, and qualitative interviews were employed to evaluate programme effectiveness. Post-intervention surveys revealed a statistically significant improvement in SRH knowledge (p < 0. 05) among participants compared to baseline levels. The educational programmes demonstrated positive impacts on adolescent SRH knowledge, warranting continued implementation and refinement. Further research should focus on long-term effects of the interventions and potential barriers to programme uptake. adolescent health, sexual education, reproductive health, school-based intervention Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
