This project is a systematic review examining how frailty is defined and operationalized in clinical studies of patients with gynecologic malignancies. Given the substantial heterogeneity in frailty instruments, domains, thresholds, and categorization strategies, this review aims to systematically identify and classify frailty constructs used across ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar, vaginal, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal cancers, and uterine sarcomas. By mapping definitions, measurement approaches, and clinical contexts, the review seeks to clarify methodological variation and support greater standardization of frailty assessment in gynecologic oncology research.
