This study employs qualitative analysis of existing CSR policies and regulatory frameworks specific to Angola's business environment. The theoretical framework underscores the importance of stakeholder engagement in shaping effective CSR governance structures within Angola's business landscape. Recommendations suggest enhancing transparency in corporate reporting to better align with societal expectations, alongside fostering a collaborative environment for sustainable growth.
