This paper analyzes the reconfiguration of the global security field following the formal expiration of the New START treaty on February 5, 2026. Utilizing the Hernández-Valdivia Paradigm, it proposes that international stability has transitioned from a diplomatic regulatory framework to an architecture defined by the destructive interference of power signals. It models the behavior of the three main superpowers (USA, Russia, and China) as field operators and explores how geographic shielding acts as the "hardware" of modern deterrence.
Carlos Mariano Hernández Valdivia (Wed,) studied this question.
