This work introduces a structural framework for identity viability within complex systems, formalized through the EROI/HROI conceptual model. The manuscript proposes a classification principle grounded in systemic interaction, non-extremal configurations, and emergent coherence between structure and environment. Rather than treating identity as a static attribute, the model defines it as a dynamic viability condition dependent on relational stability and structural persistence. Version 0 presents the conceptual architecture, foundational definitions, and central theorem in a compact but rigorous form. Mathematical formalization is introduced at a preliminary level, with further development intended for subsequent versions. This record contains equivalent Spanish and English versions of the same manuscript. Both PDFs are aligned semantically and represent the same Version 0 release.
