Urban primary care networks in Senegal have been established to improve health outcomes and service delivery efficiency. A systematic literature review was conducted using databases such as PubMed and Web of Science. Studies published between and were included based on specific inclusion criteria. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in patient satisfaction scores post-intervention, with an average increase of 15% (95% CI: 8-22%). Methodological studies suggest that randomized field trials can effectively measure clinical outcomes in urban primary care networks. Further research should focus on longitudinal evaluations and integration of telemedicine into the network models.
