This dataset contains experimental and numerical data related to temperature measurement using PCB-based electrodes with integrated NTC thermistor arrays in electrochemical flow cells (EFCs). The data support the results presented in the associated research article and include temperature scans, and numerical heat transfer models. The experimental data consist of time-resolved temperature measurements acquired from 24 integrated thermistors during controlled heating and cooling cycles in the range of 10–40 °C and back to 10 °C. Measurements were performed for two electrode configurations with different PCB thicknesses: a two-layer (2L) and a four-layer (4L) design. The dataset includes raw atemperature signals, and reference temperature measurements obtained using a Pt1000 resistance temperature detector (RTD). In addition, the dataset contains numerical simulation files created in COMSOL Multiphysics, representing the heat transfer model of the electrode structures and experimental setup. These models were used to simulate temperature dynamics and steady-state temperature distributions and to validate experimental measurements. The dataset enables reproducibility of the reported results, comparison between experimental and simulated thermal behavior, and further analysis of thermal transport and sensor response in electrochemical flow cell environments.
