This document formalizes structural coherence as an observable and controllable state variable within non-stationary decision systems. Traditional SaaS architectures operate on first-order functional state models and do not explicitly incorporate structural coherence into their internal state space. We introduce an expanded structural state formulation that includes coherence, drift, structural load, and readiness as formal dimensions of analysis. The document presents theoretical formulations of structural entropy, categorical drift separation, and dynamic coherence field modeling. No proprietary algorithms, implementation mechanisms, parameterizations, computational pipelines, or architectural specifications are disclosed in this publication. This framework establishes a formal class of structural decision architectures while preserving protected implementation details.
