The educational landscape in Nigeria is evolving rapidly, necessitating a curriculum that aligns with global trends and local needs. This article employs a systematic review of existing literature and consultation with educational experts to construct a comprehensive theoretical model. This theoretical framework aims to guide educators and policymakers in creating curricula that are both globally competitive and culturally sensitive.
